- Access to Property at 12noon day of event for decorating (if rehearsal is scheduled times on-site are 5pm-7pm)
- Additional Set-Up Hours $325 per hour (needs to be pre-scheduled)
- Additional Event Hours $650 per hour (must be before 10pm)
- Bar – Beer, wine, champagne only/Signature Drinks allowed for Weddings or 21+ events ONLY–MUST have a certified bartender NO SELF SERVICE
- Caterer is required and must remain on-site throughout event and is responsible for all food and beverage related clean-up.
- Music/Noise Restrictions: DJ ONLY no live music permitted.

- *Client to provide all alcohol, cups, napkins, straws, and ice for bar. (Additional Bartender REQUIRED FOR Signature Drinks/Cocktails & for counts of 150 or more guests $200.)
COVID 19 TERMS & CONDTIONS WILL BE CONTINUOUSLY UPDATED AS THE COUNTY CONTINUES TO CHANGE AND DEFINE RULES FOR PUBLIC GATHERINGS. CLIENT WILL NEED TO
FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS MANDATED AT TIME OF EVENT:
- NO SELF SERVING FOOD OR DRINKS
- WILL NEED TO HAVE SERVERS AT BUFFET
- NO REUSING GLASSES AT THE BAR ETC.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19. WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO RESCHEDULE YOUR EVENT IF IT BECOMES AFFECTED BY COVID-19 COUNTY/CITY/STATE RESTRICTIONS. DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
